  • As soon as you make a purchase, I get wrapping and post within the same week. You’ll get a tracking number once it’s posted.

  • Because the glazes are experimental and handmade, slight runs, drips, or colour shifts may occur. These are smoothed or refined to ensure safe indoor use.

  • Alongside making my ceramic pieces, I currently work at a pottery painting studio where large deliveries of bisque items arrive regularly. These shipments often include lots of sturdy cardboard boxes, bubble wrap, and packing peanuts. Rather than letting these materials go straight into the bin, I collect and reuse them for my own packaging wherever possible.

My main priority is making sure your pottery arrives safely and in one piece, while also trying to keep my packaging as sustainable as possible. Although I’d love every parcel to open with a perfectly aesthetic presentation, protecting the ceramic always comes first, which means I often include plenty of reused padding and protective materials to give each piece the best chance of arriving safely.
